Mom and Dad at the beginning of a long hike
We are almost to the top of Black Bear Mountain! 
That little tract of water snakes for miles!!
Mom, Dad and I doing some portage the easy way. Last time Dad and I had to carry the canoe for a mile!!
Yup, we got to see a bear. There were cubs with this mom but all I got a picture of was her as she ran away after her cubs. She was closer at the edge of the trees but who wants to get that close to a mama bear?
